Gustavo : "Quando cheguei em Olinda estava tudo tranquilo como um grilo"

A notre arrivée, à la recherche d'une pousada, un jeune, Jamerson, nous aborde pour nous conseiller et nous orienter. Il fait parti d'une association qui encadre et aide les jeunes. Plus tard, nous sympathiserons avec l'un d'entre eux, Gustavo. Il deviendra avec le temps un bon pote et nous parlera d'Olinda. Ville très calme avec son quartier historique aux rues pavées et ses hauteurs aux vues panoramiques.

Un soir, chemin faisant, nous serons invités à assister à un cours de capoeira pour les petits dans la cours d'une maison familiale. Lors d'un autre soir, avec Gustavo, nous passerons un moment de franche rigolade; nous découvrons un jeune plein de vie et bourré d'humour. Jeune qui a appris la langue française grâce á ses differentes rencontres avec les touristes.

Recife, la "grande soeur" d'Olinda, est une grande ville industrialisée et une des plus riche en culture dans le nord. C'est d'ailleurs ici qu'est né le Forro (musique populaire très rythmé).

When we arrived in the center of Olinda, we had to find the pousada. Jemerson introduced himself and adviced us for a place to be. He is one of the guys who is working for an association which take care of them. Later on we met another one, Gustavo, he will become our friend. he will tell us everything about the city which is very quite with its historical part with paved streets. A night we were invited in a house to see a guy teaching capoeira to children in the garden.

For another night, we met Gustavo and spent a good night with him laughing all the time... it is a guy so interesting. Somebody who learnt french thanks to all the tourists he meets for his job. Recife, bigger city than Olinda, is a industrialised one and one of the most cultural city in the north of brazil. It is there where Forro was born (popular music in brazil).
